A little fact about me: I never wear a watch. Even before iPhones became the new timepiece, I just never liked the way they felt or knocked against my desk while typing. The few times I do wear one in a year it’s always my Nixon Kensington watch, but seeing the new hues in the Kate Spade watch collection makes me think I need to get with the times (pun intended.)

One time I was crossing the street somewhere in Midtown Manhattan and this guy stopped me in the crosswalk to ask me the time. I apologetically explained that I didn’t wear a watch and he said, “Nah girl. The time to talk!” The pickup line make me laugh, especially since we were crossing a busy street.
